Configuration information

The configuration of the orchestra for Mentissa’s concert on November 5, 2026, is changing. The standing orchestra will be replaced by unnumbered seating.

If you hold CAT 3 – OLYMPIA PLEIN tickets, or if you choose a CAT 3 – OLYMPIA PLEIN ticket when purchasing, you will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Postpone information

Mentissa’s concert originally scheduled for March 19, 2026, has been postponed to November 5, 2026.

Tickets purchased for the March 19, 2026 date remain valid for the new date, November 5, 2026.

Can’t attend the concert due to the date change?

You can request a refund for your tickets until March 19, 2026.

To do so, please contact the point of sale where you purchased your tickets.

If your point of sale is L’Olympia, please send your refund request by email with the following information:

– Full name of the purchaser
– Order number (or transaction number) as shown on your invoice
– Email address and phone number used at the time of purchase

Send your request to billetterie@olympiahall.com (with two “L”s and two “T”s), and make sure to include “Refund – Mentissa” in the subject line. If the card used for your purchase has changed, please also attach your bank account details (RIB) in your refund request.
