Your visit

I am in a wheelchair

You can reserve your seats with our customer service by phone at 01 47 42 94 88 (price of a local call – no additional charge) or by email : billetterie@olympiahall.com.

We have reserved places for wheelchair users. As for your companion, he or she will be located nearby. We remind you that your companion must also have a ticket for the show.

The number of accompanying persons’ seats is limited to one.

For your information, on some concerts, it happens that spectators placed in the mezzanine stand up during the concert, sometimes at the request of the artist, and block the visibility of people in wheelchairs.

For safety reasons, wheelchair users cannot be placed in the pit. In addition, the standing audience would impede visibility and the crowd movements would make the presence of wheelchairs dangerous for their users and for the rest of the audience.

For safety reasons, transfers from a wheelchair to a seat in the hall are not possible.
