The only way to get a ticket for a sold out concert is to buy it from a reseller. We strongly advise you not to buy a ticket on a website that is not mandated by the production or the venue because you expose yourself to a high risk of scam: tickets resold at exorbitant prices, fake tickets, copies of the same ticket resold several times… Follow the guide to avoid scams: http://fanpasgogo.fr/sites/default/files/guide_publicvf.pdf.
In order to fight against the black market, tickets are sometimes put back on sale. You can keep yourself informed by regularly checking our website or the Facebook event of the show. You can also consult the fanpasgogo.fr website to avoid scams: http://fanpasgogo.fr/sites/default/files/guide_publicvf.pdf.
Simply select the fare you are interested in to benefit from the promotion (except for promotional fares requiring a password). Please note that the promotion is not retroactive and does not apply to previously purchased tickets.
It is not possible to change the name on an e-ticket. We remind you that, unless otherwise indicated at the time of the opening of the ticket office (identity control, nominative tickets, non-transferable tickets), the tickets are not nominative. You can therefore access the concert even if your name does not appear on the ticket.
Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of postponement or cancellation. The information given at the time of ordering and on the ticket must be checked by the customer to ensure that it corresponds to the service requested. No subsequent claim can be taken into account for any reason of any kind.
Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the case of postponement or cancellation.
If you bought your ticket on the website or at L’Olympia box office, you will be automatically refunded. If you bought your ticket at another point of sale, we invite you to contact them.

How to have a good time at L’Olympia?
L’Olympia has a checkroom, accessible after the control, for a fee of 2€ per item deposited.
Each person must retrieve their items from the checkroom upon departure and is responsible for any personal belongings they bring into the venue. If you have forgotten or lost an item, please contact L’Olympia by phone at 01 55 27 10 00, or by private message on Facebook and Twitter. If the item is listed in the lost and found registry, we’ll let you know how to get it back.
