Box offices opening hours & contact
L’Olympia is located at 28 Boulevard des Capucines, 75009 Paris. Our box offices are open:
On show days:
- Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 2pm and 6pm to 9pm
- Saturday from 2pm to 5pm and 6pm to 9pm
- Sunday and public holidays opening two hours before the show
On non-performance days:
- Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 2pm
- Saturday, from 2pm to 6pm
- Closed on Sunday and public holidays
At our box offices :
- You can buy tickets for all shows that are not sold out.
- You can also pick up tickets purchased on our website using the “Pick up at the box office” method, from the day after your reservation until the evening of the show, with your purchase confirmation and ID.

What is permitted and what is prohibited

Backpacks of standard school size or smaller, and handbags

Helmets must be left at the cloakroom or placed in a locker.
Smoking is permitted only during intermission. A designated smoking area is available outside the venue. Access to this area is subject to ticket verification.
You may leave the hall after entry; however, please note that all exits are final and re-entry will not be allowed.
You will not be permitted to enter the hall with any object that could be used as a projectile, weapon, or that may compromise public safety. The following is a non-exhaustive list of items prohibited inside the venue:

Selfie sticks, filming and recording equipment, cameras

Hazardous substances, pyrotechnic articles, explosive materials, aerosols, lasers, smoke devices

Scissors, box cutters, knives, tools, weapons, helmets, rigid umbrellas

Animals, with the exception of guide dogs

Filming, photography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited within the venue.
In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, and Article L3513-6 of the French Public Health Code, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the hall.
Reservations & Tickets
You can book show tickets on our website, at the box office, by phone, or by email.

- E-ticket: Your e-tickets can be downloaded directly from your order confirmation. They will be sent to you as soon as your order has been confirmed and paid.
- Box office pickup: Your tickets can be collected starting the day after your reservation and up until the evening of the show. You must present your purchase confirmation and a valid ID.
Another person may collect the tickets on your behalf, provided they present a written and signed authorization letter from the original purchaser, along with a copy of the purchaser’s ID and their own. - Home delivery: Shipping fees vary depending on the selected country, ranging from €9.60 (within mainland France) to €15 (outside mainland France).
Delivery times also vary depending on the destination: between 8 days (mainland France) and 12 days (outside mainland France).
If you are looking to purchase a ticket for a sold-out show, you may:

Sign up for the alert on the artist’s page you are interested in. We will send you an email if new tickets are released or if additional dates are added.

Purchase a ticket on the secondary market; however, we strongly advise against buying tickets from websites not authorized by the production or the venue, as you risk scams such as overpriced tickets, counterfeit tickets, or the same ticket being resold multiple times.

All ticket orders are final and binding. In accordance with Article L121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, show tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. The information provided at the time of purchase and printed on the ticket, including the date of the show and seating details, must be verified carefully. No claims will be accepted afterwards under any circumstances.
However, in the event of a postponement or cancellation, you may obtain a refund for your ticket:

If the show is postponed and you purchased your ticket from L’Olympia’s box office, you can request a refund by emailing billetterie@olympiahall.com.

If the show is cancelled and you purchased your ticket from L’Olympia’s box office, no action is required on your part; we will refund you directly. If we are unable to access your banking details to process the refund (due to an expired credit card, use of an American Express card, or if the purchase was made over a year ago), the Booking & Customer Relations team will contact you by email to request your bank details (RIB).
Once a ticket is purchased, it is no longer possible to change the name printed on it. However, please note that tickets are not personalized (unless otherwise stated at the time of ticket sales opening) and anyone may attend the show even if their name does not appear on the ticket.
Have you lost or forgotten your ticket?
If you purchased your ticket from L’Olympia, please present yourself at the ticket control located on your right after the glass doors.
If your ticket was purchased from another ticketing service, please contact the point of sale directly.
We recommend opting for an e-ticket and saving it on your phone as soon as you receive it in your email inbox. Please note that screenshots of tickets are not accepted.
It is not necessary to print your e-ticket. You may present it on your phone by maximizing your screen brightness and zooming in on the barcode.
Seating Arrangement
L’Olympia is divided into two sections: an odd-numbered side and an even-numbered side. Thus, seats 1 and 3, 5 and 7, etc., are next to each other, as are seats 2 and 4, 6 and 8, etc.
The seating indicated on your ticket must be strictly respected: spectators in the balcony/mezzanine are not permitted to move to the standing area (and vice versa), and each spectator must sit in the seat assigned on their ticket.
Depending on availability, only the venue management is authorized to approve or deny any seat change requests.

Performance Schedule
The start time of a show is indicated on your ticket as well as on our website, on the specific show’s page. The door opening time is communicated via SMS on the day of the event to those who purchased their tickets through L’Olympia’s box office.
If you are late, you will still be allowed to enter the venue (unless otherwise specified by the production or the artist). For reserved seating, access to your seat cannot be guaranteed once the main artist has taken the stage.
Prepare your visit to L’Olympia
Only cold snacks and water bottles of 50cl or less are allowed (please note that the bottle cap will be removed during security checks). However, you may not bring a water flask, glass bottles, or food items (such as fruits) considered potential projectiles, hot food, dairy products, or any other food likely to stain the seats or floor.

Children under 1 year old are not allowed to attend any shows.

Children between 1 and 3 years old may only attend children’s shows and must be accompanied by a responsible adult who will need to sign a waiver on site.

Children between 3 and 14 years old may attend any type of show, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult.

Children between 14 and 16 years old may attend any type of show, provided they have parental authorization.
If the age and accompaniment requirements are not met, access to the venue will unfortunately be denied and no refunds will be issued.
Cloakroom, bar & catering, and merchandising
L’Olympia has a cloakroom available after security checks for a fee of €2 per item checked.
There are also two bars where you can find water, soft drinks, draft beer, and other alcoholic beverages, as well as sandwiches and snacks. For more information, please visit our Bars & Restaurant page.
For certain shows, a merchandising stand may be set up to offer official artist merchandise. In most cases, payment by credit card is accepted, but we recommend bringing some cash just in case.
Lost or Forgotten Items
Each person must collect their belongings from the cloakroom upon departure and is responsible for their personal effects brought into the venue.
If you have lost or forgotten an item, please contact L’Olympia by phone at +33 1 55 27 10 00. If the item is recorded in the lost and found registry, we will inform you of the procedure to recover it.
