Terms and
conditions
of Sale
Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the sale of tickets for shows purchased from the company L’OLYMPIA (RCS PARIS B 552 121 634). L’Olympia sells tickets on behalf of the producers/organizers of shows (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) for events held at the Olympia venue.
As a result, these general terms and conditions of sale pertain solely to the ticketing services and in no way to the show or event itself (hereinafter referred to as the “Show”), which remains under the sole responsibility of each Organizer.
L’Olympia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes shall be immediately binding upon users. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of payment or at the time of written confirmation of the reservation (detailed and personalized) sent to the customer by Olympia’s ticketing service.
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “GTC”) are distinct from the venue’s internal rules and regulations, which can be consulted at the following address:
https://www.olympiahall.com/en/rules-and-regulations/
By confirming a reservation and paying for show tickets, the customer fully and unreservedly agrees to abide by the GTC and the venue’s internal rules and regulations.
Failure to comply with these provisions may result in Olympia and its representatives denying the spectator entry, requesting that they leave the premises, or, if necessary, removing them from the venue, without the customer being entitled to any refund for the purchased ticket.
L’Olympia reserves the right to deny entry to minors under the age of 16 who are not accompanied by an adult.
All health and safety measures in effect on the date of the Show must be strictly observed.

Prices
-
General Information
Ticket prices are shown in Euros, all taxes included, and include booking fees but exclude any additional charges related to the delivery methods described in Article 2 below.
Different price categories may be offered depending on the show. Ticket prices (including booking fees) can be consulted on the website www.olympiahall.com, at the venue’s box office, and by phone.
L’Olympia is divided into several seating categories, which vary solely at the discretion of the event Organizer, depending on the type of show. Each category corresponds to a specific ticket price. The information printed on the issued ticket solely and exclusively determines the seat it corresponds to.
Access to L’Olympia is prohibited for children under the age of three, except for children’s shows, where access is prohibited for children under the age of one.
- Booking
When booking, seats may be displayed on the seating chart if available and if the event offers numbered seating. The seating chart available on the website is provided for reference only and has no contractual value. The seat location shown is designed to be as accurate as possible to help the customer choose their seat based on their preferences or needs.
Some seats are folding seats (strapontins). When this is the case, the mention “strapontin” is clearly indicated on the booking page and/or in the shopping cart summary. Additionally, a visual alert (“This seat is a folding seat”) is shown before final confirmation.
The purchaser acknowledges having been fully informed of this characteristic before making the purchase. Therefore, no refund or compensation request will be accepted on this basis.
If a folding seat is found to be uncomfortable or if the purchaser refuses to occupy it, they are invited to change their seat before completing payment, subject to availability.
Once payment has been made, the mention strapontin will appear on the ticket.
Customers with disabilities or reduced mobility must contact the Booking and Customer Relations Service by phone (+33 1 47 42 94 88) or by email at billetterie@olympiahall.com to reserve both their seat and that of their companion.
Special rates may be offered to customers who meet the conditions required to qualify for such pricing.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Any price increases applied by intermediaries cannot be enforced against L’Olympia, which will not accept any complaints in this regard.
Payment Terms
- Online Orders via the Website
At the time of payment, the purchaser must verify the name, date, and time of the show, as well as the seat selection and price shown, to ensure they correspond to the desired booking.
It is possible to purchase tickets for different shows using the virtual shopping cart.
Ticket purchases on L’Olympia’s website can only be made by credit or debit card. Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.
Any fees related to bank or postal transfers are the responsibility of the customer. Transactions made with foreign bank cards are allowed, but only in euros. Customers must ensure that their bank authorizes transactions in this currency.
The purchaser’s bank account will be immediately debited for the full amount of the tickets, including all applicable fees, in euros. Any payment for less than the required amount will not be processed and may void the reservation.
The payment system is managed by Verifone/Paybox, a provider specializing in secure online payments and certified as compliant with the PCI/DSS standard (Payment Card Industry/Data Security Standard). Payment security is ensured through SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer), which encrypts and protects confidential information.
As part of anti-fraud measures, Verifone/Paybox uses the 3D Secure authentication system. This free service may be activated for payments by Carte Bleue, Visa, and MasterCard. With 3D Secure (also known as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode), the purchaser’s bank verifies the identity of the person making the payment at the time of the transaction. Since the authentication process is specific to each bank, purchasers should check with their bank to understand the method used. The version of 3D Secure in use is 3DSv2, in accordance with banking regulations.
-
Purchases at the Box Office and by Phone
Phone purchases can only be made by credit or debit card, by providing all the digits on the card. Payments at the box office can be made in cash or by credit/debit card. Check payments are accepted only up to one month before the date of the show.
Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.
Any fees related to bank or postal transfers are the responsibility of the customer. Transactions made with foreign bank cards are accepted but only in euros. Customers must ensure their bank authorizes transactions in this currency.
Once a purchase is confirmed, the sale is considered firm and final.
2. TICKETS DELIVERY METHODS

After the order is confirmed, and depending on the event and the time between the reservation date and the event date, tickets may be delivered through the following methods:

Tickets are shipped via DHL, with shipping fees per order indicated at the time of booking. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country:

€9.60 for mainland France
-
€15 for destinations outside mainland France
Delivery times also vary by destination:
-

– At L’Olympia – by selecting the “Box Office Pickup” option
Tickets can be collected at 28 boulevard des Capucines for a fee of €3 per order, starting the day after the booking and up until the evening of the event.
To ensure secure credit card transactions, printed tickets will only be issued to the person who placed the order, upon presentation of their ID and purchase confirmation.
Another person may collect the tickets on behalf of the purchaser only if they present:
-
A written and signed authorization letter from the purchaser
-

This is subject to approval by the ticketing service, which must receive a copy of these documents in advance.
In certain cases—such as events with delayed ticket issuance—this delivery method may not be available.
– By Email – by selecting the “E-ticket” option
This method allows tickets to be obtained immediately or at a later time, depending on the organizer’s instructions. Tickets are sent as secure PDF files containing a barcode.
E-tickets are delivered via email to the address provided by the customer. They can also be downloaded directly from the order confirmation page, from the order confirmation email, or from the customer’s account on L’Olympia’s website (if the account was used for the booking).
Processing fees are €1.80 (incl. VAT) per order.
From their account or order confirmation email, customers can reissue and print their e-tickets at any time, 24/7.
B/ Liability
L’Olympia declines all responsibility for any anomalies that may occur during the ordering process, processing, or printing of the printable-at-home ticket, or in case of loss, theft, or illegal use of the printable-at-home ticket. L’Olympia also declines all responsibility in the case of ticket purchases made outside official points of sale and cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for such sales. The obligation to verify authenticity lies with the customer.
Reselling a ticket at a price higher than that indicated on the ticket is strictly prohibited (Law of June 27, 1919). Any holder of such a ticket may be refused entry.
In accordance with Article 313-6-2 of the Penal Code, the act of selling, offering for sale, or displaying for sale or transfer, or providing the means for sale or transfer of access tickets to a sporting, cultural, commercial event, or live show, habitually and without authorization from the producer, organizer, or the owner of the exploitation rights of such event or show, is punishable by a fine of €15,000. This penalty is increased to a fine of €30,000 in case of repeat offense.
C/ Duplicates in Case of Loss or Theft
The Reservation Service can issue duplicates for Olympia customers in case of loss or theft.
The request must be made by email to the following address: billetterie@olympiahall.com
For customers of other ticketing networks, the duplicate request must be addressed to the original point of sale.
D / Waiting List
In the event of a sold-out show, it is possible to contact the Olympia Reservation Service by phone or email to be placed on a waiting list in order to try to obtain tickets.
This service is charged at €4 per order.
If tickets become available, the customer will be contacted by phone. They can then confirm or decline their order and, if applicable, pay the service fee and the price of the ticket(s) definitively.
3. TICKET VALIDITY
Every spectator, without exception, presenting themselves at L’Olympia must be in possession of a ticket.
A/ Printed Tickets
To be valid, they must necessarily be accompanied by the corresponding detachable control coupon and be legible.
B/ E- tickets
– Tiket to print
The customer can obtain their tickets instantly or receive a preliminary voucher when the ticket delivery is deferred at the Organizer’s request. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate equipment to print the provided PDF file.
Each purchased seat corresponds to one ticket. Each printable ticket for home printing is provided with a unique barcode.
To be valid, the ticket must be of good print quality and printed on a white A4 sheet without any alteration of its original format. These home-printed tickets must be protected from moisture and dirt. Ticket holders should avoid folding the ticket at the barcode and ensure that the barcode can be scanned properly.
Ticket validity is checked and recorded upon entry using barcode scanners. It is impossible to be admitted multiple times with the same ticket. Only the first person presenting the ticket will be allowed to attend the event and is presumed to be the legitimate ticket holder.
The ticket purchaser must take all necessary precautions to keep their customer account password and the ticket barcode confidential to prevent unauthorized use or any infringement (including preventing any reproduction, duplication, or counterfeiting of the ticket in any way, or making it available for such purposes).
– Mobile ticket
The conditions are the same as for the printable ticket. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate equipment (charged smartphone, app, etc.) to open and download the provided PDF file on their smartphone.
The attendee must present their phone with maximum brightness and their ticket in PDF format.
Photos of tickets and screenshots are not allowed.
C/ Warning
It is prohibited to reproduce, duplicate, or counterfeit the ticket in any way or to make it available for such purposes. Olympia may refuse entry to a customer when multiple reproductions, copies, or imitations of a printable ticket are in circulation and access to the venue has already been granted to the holder of a printout, reproduction, copy, or imitation of the corresponding printable ticket.
It is reminded that only the first person presenting the ticket will be allowed to attend the event. This person is presumed to be the legitimate ticket holder.
It is strongly advised to keep your ticket in a safe place and to purchase tickets exclusively through official sales channels to avoid acquiring counterfeit tickets.
Olympia is not obligated to verify the identity of the person presenting the printable ticket to ensure they are the original ticket purchaser, nor to verify the authenticity of the printable ticket when an imitation or copy cannot be unequivocally identified as such during entry control. If the holder of a printable ticket is denied access for this reason during entry control, no refund of the ticket price paid will be granted.
It is highly discouraged to post photos of your tickets on social media as they risk being reproduced or duplicated.
D/Official Resale Service of Olympia
Olympia offers an official online resale service for certain performances. This service is provided in agreement with the Show Organizer and only for sold-out shows.
The list of performances available for resale can be viewed via the following link: https://resell.seetickets.com/olympiahall/
Only the shows listed on this site are authorized for resale.
This platform and its content are subject to the general terms and conditions of use of Seetickets, which can be consulted via the link above.
E/ Show Times
The show starts at the time indicated on the tickets.
Only a schedule change announced by a communication from Olympia or any other official sales network may override the time mentioned on the ticket. No refund will be granted to spectators who arrive late.
Reserved seating is guaranteed only until the curtain rises. No refund or exchange will be accepted in case of delay, as the show times are clearly stated at the time of purchase and indicated on the tickets.
Any disputes regarding assigned seats must be addressed exclusively at the “Control” ticket office of L’Olympia.
4. RESCHEDULING, CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
A/ Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the customer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal for contracts for leisure services (shows) that must be provided on a specific date or during a specified period.
Tickets are issued as soon as the order is confirmed and in accordance with the instructions of the Organizer of each show.
All orders are final and binding. Therefore, tickets are non-refundable, as these services are clearly designated as such to customers prior to the conclusion of the sale, in the offer description.
B/ Modifications
If necessary and subject to availability, the customer who purchased their ticket exclusively through Olympia’s box office may contact the Reservation service (by email or phone) to attempt to exchange their ticket (with adjustment to the current rate) to change the category, seat within the same category, or show date (only for multi-date shows).
This exchange can only be made from a lower category to a higher category or for a seat of the same price with adjustment to the current rate.
Exchanges are only possible up to the day before the show for which the ticket was purchased, subject to seat availability, and are conditional upon payment of fees.
The amount of these fees will be 3 euros per modified ticket if the original ticket price is under 60 euros. It will be 5 euros per modified ticket if the original ticket price is 60 euros or more.
If the new ticket is more expensive than the original, the price difference, in addition to the fee mentioned above, must be paid.
Payment must be made under the same conditions as those stated in Article 1B of these terms.
In all cases, it is reminded that tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
C/ Cancellation
Customers are invited to check 24 hours before the show for which they purchased tickets to confirm that it is still taking place without any changes. This verification can be done on the website www.olympiahall.com.
In the event of a rescheduling of a performance by the Organizer, tickets may be transferred to another session of the same show, subject to seat availability, or, at the customer’s request, refunded.
In the event of a cancellation of a performance by the Organizer, tickets will be refunded.
Refunds for canceled tickets will be processed upon presentation of the e-ticket and/or the order number, excluding any other compensation or indemnity (such as fees for purchase, transportation, accommodation, etc.).
Ticket refunds will be made as soon as possible, generally within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the refund request. However, certain external factors may delay the receipt of the refund, such as:
-
The legal retention period for banking transaction data
-
The validity of the payment card used at the time of purchase
-
The update of the customer’s banking information or the submission of a bank account statement (RIB) if necessary
-
The time required to verify or process bank transfers
For e-tickets: Refunds are made according to the procedures described in an informational email or on www.olympiahall.com, exclusively to the person who made the purchase on the website, either via a credit to the payment card used for the order or by bank transfer if applicable. The right to a refund is non-transferable.

The responsibility to verify lies with the customer. Reselling a ticket at a price higher than that printed on the ticket is strictly prohibited.
The customer/spectator attends the show to which the ticket grants access at their own risk.
